We all get uncomfortable with something or someone. The real question is, how do we manage our present discomfort so we can become centered, and not pass it on by lashing out to others?

Feelings and triggers are always something we can recover from. This video offers a few tips to get centered and take responsibility for how we feel, before it’s too late. A thoughtless comment that will hurt, insult or embarrass someone may put fractures in relationships that may not be able to be glued back together.
