Here's a cover of one of my favourite Buddy Holly songs; Everyday. A simple but great song released as the B-side to Peggy Sue in 1957. Me slapping the knees for percussion in this cover is intended as Jerry Allison (Buddy Holly's drummer) did slap his knees as percussion on the original recording, very simple but effective for the song I must say!

Also, this is a dedication to the man himself as the 65th Anniversary has just passed of that fateful tragic night in February 1959 where Buddy boarded an airplane along with Ritchie Valens & The Big Bopper and crashed in a corn field in Clear Lake, Iowa. Also known as 'The Day The Music Died'.
