This messed up 3T22 is located at the Clyde Water Treatment Plant off of Main Street, this is the infamous "Carter" 3T22.

Sirens in Clyde are tested on the first Saturday of every month at Noon, every month they alternate between alert and attack tests, and just alert. I got the latter.
