Attention everyone, please watch this other guy's video before purchasing these fans, so you can understand how to connect them properly. Make sure to buy the single packs of fans, not the triple packs!

Also, this is the combo PWM/ARGB hub I use to make everything work and be synced off a single 3 pin RGB header on the motherboard:

I have resolved all of the issues with my Lian Li SL infinity fans. If you saw my earlier video I complained that the brightness was really bad compared to my old Corsair QL fans. Turns out that it was only bad because Lian Li L Connect software was artificially limiting the brightness of these fans by A LOT. Bypassed the Lian Li sync boxes entirely and wired up the fans to use direct motherboard control from a 3 pin ARGB header and Gigabyte RGB fusion. Everything is is much much brighter. As a bonus, I’m also no longer getting random system crashes while gaming. The random crashes stopped as soon as I uninstalled L Connect from my system. Lian Li support was completely worthless and did nothing to help when I first contacted them.

If you’re about to buy these fans, save a few bucks and don’t buy the triple pack fans with the control box and etc. Buy all single fans so you get the cables to connect directly to the motherboard instead of using the usb control box. Everything is much better this way, also makes for a cleaner and easier install without their silly controller which needs dual sata power connectors.
