Sir Keir Starmer will face Rishi Sunak at midday for Prime Minister’s Questions.

The Prime Minister is expected to trumpet the achievements of Monday’s International Investment Summit, which brought in £63 billion of investment in Britain.

But he will also face scrutiny over what he has conceded will be a “tough” and “painful” Budget in two weeks’ time, with Mr Sunak’s line of questioning last week on employers’ National Insurance dominating the news cycle since.
