The Toronto Raptors lost their only 2 all stars, implemented a brand new coaching staff, pulled off 2 major trades and responded to two major injuries, 2 major scandals and 2 major losses without so much as losing an ounce of chemistry.

The bad vibes are gone. Somehow, the Toronto Raptors are managing to be a team that is losing while developing every good habit in the book. They're not salty and bitter. Guys aren't betting on themselves. The Toronto Raptors have lost 13 straight games (Barnes & Poeltl have missed all of them) and they remain as together and as connected as ever.

This is hard to do. It's damn near a miracle. To those expecting the Raptors to be bad for years ala 2007-2012, don't hold your breath. No one is interested in tanking multiple years and the Raptors punted just one season to reset their entire timeline to align with Scottie's.
