Today, we have 4 hearings with a couple where Mom has motioned the
court to reduce Dad’s parenting time & stop paying Dad child support after
Dad is arrested and charged with DV against his current wife. She feels
these charges are too dangerous to ignore.



Dad’s lawyer says Dad is doing everything asked of him in the Mental Health
court and is engaged in his treatment. He states he doesn’t understand why
Mom would wait 8 months before filing this motion if she thinks it’s that
serious and he claims she’s just trying to take advantage of this incident for
her own gain.
