Streamers catch Big Trout. If you like fly fishing with big articulated streamers, this bug is for you.

When it comes to fly tying streamers for trout, this fly is a lot of fun. With cool materials and techniques to develop a full but fishy body.
I call it The Door Kicker. It comes off of different concepts tied together into one big bug that announces its presence on the stream.

Hey everybody, welcome to Familiar Waters. I'm Mike Pawlawski. The streamer I'm tying today is the fly that I used to catch those huge trout on the East Walker show. It is big, it is bulky, but it's still very fishy. And it fishes great.
The Door Kicker is an articulated streamer tied from concepts that probably originated from Kelly Gallup and a little bit of Gunnar Brammer's Sculp Daddy in there. Then, I like zonker strips, so I added rabbit strips to the overall pattern.
