Part One of this October Solo Canoe Trip - back to one of the prettiest lakes in the Algonquin backcountry. Along the way I have an amazing up close encounter with a large Bull Moose, find extensive tornado damage on Sunbeam Lake, and with the help of crisp clear October evenings, accomplish some of my best astrophotography to date.
