The Tanot Mata Temple is a significant religious and historical landmark located in a remote area of the Thar Desert, in the Indian state of Rajasthan. This temple is situated near the border between India and Pakistan, about 120 km from Jaisalmer City, and is revered by many who come to ask for blessings of well-being and prosperity from Tanot Mata, believed to be an incarnation of Goddess Hinglaz or Goddess Durga.

The temple gained fame and recognition during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971. During the war, despite numerous bombings near the temple, not a single bomb managed to hit the temple or explode in its vicinity, believed by many to be a miracle or divine intervention. This event led to the Indian Army taking over the responsibility of maintaining the temple premises while also worshipping the deity.

The unexploded bombs found after the war are preserved and displayed in the temple premises as a testament to the event.

Ghantiyali Mata Temple, a revered shrine, is nestled in India's Thar Desert, near the India-Pakistan border, approximately 150 kilometers from Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The temple is dedicated to Ghantiyali Mata, also known as Ghanteshwari Mata or the "Goddess of Bells", an incarnation of Shakti.

An interesting feature of this temple is the ritual of offering bells by the devotees. When the wishes of her followers come true, in return, they express their gratitude by donating bells to the temple. Over time, thousands of bells of different sizes have been hung in the temple premises,
