EU Users watch from 22:54. Also open Settings, General, Language & Region & make sure your region is in your EU country or it'll block you. You may even need an EU VPN even if you're in the EU if it's still blocking you. Use AltStore PAL instead of Epic Games if Epic Games blocks you because your iOS is too low.
