As part of the Vegan/Vegetarian series we headed back to Brighton to try out some VEGAN fried chicken at Really Happy Chicken!
Think of this as an amazing vegan alternative to KFC but also with some amazing sides including fully vegan Mac n Cheese and a vegan creamy Apple Slaw!
