Buying Property in Uncertain Times: What You Must Know

Is it a good idea to start buying real estate in times of Fear? Many real estate buyers and sellers believe the Florida Real Estate market is collapsing and we are going to see a major real estate crash in Florida worse than the Real Estate Crash of 2008. This could be true, yet does this perception answer the question, "Is it a good time to buy real estate in times of fear?" If buying real estate is an investment, how critical is the timing of when to buy real estate, especially in Florida? Is is better to purchase Florida real estate when prices are going up with little inventory of properties for sale to choose from, or is it better to purchase real estate when prices are going down and many potential real estate buyers and sellers are in fear and the selection of properties to choose from is abundant.
