[Required Documents]

1. Visa Application Form:
Download the Japan visa application form from the official embassy website or VFS global website. Make sure it's filled out correctly and signed.

2. Passport:
Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned stay in Japan. Ensure it has at least two blank pages.

3. Recent Passport-Size Photos:
Three recent passport-size photos with a white background. Make sure they meet the specific size guidelines (typically 45mm x 45mm).Matte paper

4. Flight Itinerary:
A confirmed return flight booking is essential. This will show your intended travel dates to and from Japan.

5. Accommodation Booking:
Proof of your hotel reservation or the address of the place where you’ll be staying in Japan. If you’re staying with friends or family, provide an invitation letter along with their residence details.

6. Travel Itineraryand
A detailed day-to-day plan of what you intend to do in Japan. This should include places you'll visit, dates, and activities.

7. Bank Statements:
The last 6 months of bank statements stamped by your bank, showing sufficient funds to cover your stay in Japan.

8. Income Tax Returns (ITR):
Submit your most recent income tax returns to prove your financial stability.

9. NOC (No Objection Certificate):
For employees, a No Objection Certificate from your employer stating your leave approval. Self-employed applicants should submit business registration documents.

10.Cover Letter:
A letter addressed to the Japanese consulate explaining the purpose of your visit, travel dates, and how you plan to finance your trip.

***Travel Insurance, Net worth certificate, Investment certificates (Optional but Recommended):
While not mandatory, it gives high chance of approvals.
