・モーターボート 不審船
＊写真を撮りに訪れると、海上自衛隊の艦艇係留区域や造船所係留区域の奥深くに故意に進入するモーターボートをよく見かけます。この港から山を隔てた西舞鶴には京都府警 海上警察署や海上保安庁の基地がありますが、距離が遠いです。日本の法律の場合、警察の権限が第一に主張されていると想像されます。軍艦の攻撃力は強いですが、法制度と警察力の関係で対応が遅れているのではないかと心配しています。
　When I visit to take photos, I often see motorboats intentionally entering the deep areas of the Maritime Self-Defense Force's vessel mooring area and the shipyard mooring area. The Kyoto Prefectural Police Maritime Police Station and the Japan Coast Guard base are located in Nishi-Maizuru, across the mountains from this port, but they are far away. In the case of Japanese law, I imagine that the police's authority is asserted first. Although warships have a strong offensive power, I am worried that the response is delayed due to the relationship between the legal system and police power.
