Some of the worst smartphone processors have faced criticism for issues like overheating, poor performance, and inefficiency. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 and 8 Gen 1, Google's Tensor, and the Snapdragon 695 struggled with overheating or underperformance. Intel's Atom processors and NVIDIA's Tegra were unsuccessful due to poor power efficiency, while MediaTek's Helio X series and Samsung's Exynos faced criticism for not meeting performance expectations. These processors often failed to deliver the performance and reliability users expected, especially in flagship devices.
