Mouthwatering, tender and delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
3lbs of beef(pressured/ parboiled)
1 lb potato
1 large carrot
1 tablespoon fine /american thyme
3-4 leaves of basil/married man
1 medium size onion(abt 1/4 cup when chopped)
3 cloves garlic
pepper(your choice).
veggie/beef/ chicken cube
salt/sazon ( to your taste)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3-4 tablespoon vegetable oil.
1 tsp sugar(optional)
1 tsp black pepper.
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Note: The cooking time for the beef depends on how, 'tender' you want it. Because of my little ones , I had to cook it to tender/almost falling apart:)
