Hotteok / Honey Hotteok
Ingredients: 1 cup of strong wheat flour (150g) Half cup of glutinous rice furniture (50g) Yeast 4g 200ml of water 2/3 cups of brown sugar 1/2 spoon of cinnamon powder 2 spoons of nuts

1. Mix 200ml of warm water and 4g of yeast and let it sit for 10 minutes.

4. Apply some oil on your hands, remove a little hotteok dough and make it flat. Add sugar and meticulously knead the hotteok dough.
5. After putting oil in a pan, bake the dough with the squeezed portion down over medium heat to brown.
