Hey sweet mommies,
I know all mommies will be so excited to feed solids to their babies. With all these excitement we need to make a proper schedule for our baby meal. They should be provided with all nutrients.
Babies can be fed a little extra meal when they are in their 7th month. Hence I have created a schedule based on what I give my baby girl. This schedule perfectly works for her and hope it works for all babies.

Fruits to be given:
Pear
Apple
Banana
Avocado
Peach
Strawberries
Blueberries
Papaya
Sapota
Watermelon

Vegetables to be given:
Carrot
Pumpkin
Beetroot
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Bottle guard
Potato

Grains to be given:
Rice
Brown rice
Oats
Ragi
Rajma-1kg
Wheat

Leafy vegetables:
Coriander leaves
Spinach (Palak)

It is necessary that once solids has been started for the babies there should be rainbow diet in their food schedule. Rainbow diet is feeding them colorful vegetables and fruits so that they get different nutrients everytime.

The juice given to the babies should be strained with a muslin cloth or dhothi . No chunks should be fed to the babies as it may lead to choking.
