🍗 Ingredients:
500 a 600 gr de Pechugas de Pollo.
3/4 a 1 cdta de sal o sazonador.
1 cdta de ajo en polvo
1 cdta de Paprika molida.
1/8 cdta de Pimienta Negra molida.
4 Cdas de Yogur (60 a 80 gr).
1/2 Taza de Leche (120 gr) .
Jugo de 1/2 limón.
2 Cdas de Salsa mexicana o catsup.
Salsa picante al gusto ( valentina, habanero,etc.).
🍗 Para Empanizar:
1 3/4 Taza Harina todo uso (190 gr)
1/2 Taza Maicena.
1 cdta de Polvo hornear.
1/2 a 1 cdta de sal.
1/2 cdta Paprika molida.
1/4 cdta Orégano.
1/4 cdta Tomillo.
1/2 cdta de Ajo Polvo.
1/2 cdta de Cebolla Polvo.
1/8a 1/4 Pimienta de Cayena.
1 Taza de Hojuelas de Maíz (80 gr).
🍗 Salsa Ranch:
125 gr de Mayonesa (1/2 Taza).
100 gr de Crema acida (1/2 Taza - 1 Cda).
25 gr de Leche + 1 cdta de jugo limón (2 1/2 cdas).
1 Cda de Cebollin seco o 2 Cdas del fresco.
1/2 cdta eneldo seco.
1/2 cdta perejil seco.
1/2 cdta de ajo en polvo.
1/2 cdta de cebolla en polvo.
Sal y Pimienta al gusto.


🍗 Ingredients:
500 to 600 gr of Chicken Breasts.
3/4 to 1 tsp of salt or seasoning.
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of ground Paprika.
1/8 tsp ground black pepper.
4 tbsp yogurt (60 to 80 gr).
1/2 cup milk (120 gr).
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
2 tbsp Mexican sauce or ketchup.
Hot sauce to taste (valentina, habanero, etc.).
🍗 For breading:
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (190 gr)
1/2 cup cornstarch.
1 tsp baking powder.
1/2 to 1 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp ground paprika.
1/4 tsp oregano.
1/4 tsp thyme.
1/2 tsp garlic powder.
1/2 tsp onion powder.
1/8 to 1/4 cayenne pepper.
1 Cup Corn Flakes (80 gr).
🍗 Ranch Sauce:
125 gr Mayonnaise (1/2 Cup).
100 gr Sour Cream (1/2 Cup - 1 Tbsp).
25 gr Milk + 1 tsp Lemon Juice (2 1/2 Tbsp).
1 Tbsp Dried Chives or 2 Tbsp Fresh Chives.
1/2 tsp Dried Dill.
1/2 tsp Dried Parsley.
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder.
1/2 tsp Onion Powder.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
