We are back with a fun travel episode through Montana! We stay 7 days in 3 different types of places.

First, we leave West Glacier and Glacier National Park and we drive around Flathead Lake to moochdock on the property of one of Michael's old friends! Moochdocking is an RV term for when you park and "mooch" the utilities of the owner. In this case, we just used their water and then we used our own generator for electricity. It was such a beautiful property, and we even got to feed the local deer!

Next, we drove just down the street to Polson where we stayed at a Harvest Host location, East Shore Smoke House. After parking in the big field next to the restaurant, we went over and had a very nice dinner! If you're not familiar with Harvest Host, is's a membership where you have access to park at hundreds of participating businesses all over the country! Its free to park, but they just ask that you "participate" by buying something or donating. This was only our second time staying at a Harvest Host location, and we have loved both stays!

Our last Montana stop was in St Regis at The Nugget RV Resort! We were there 3 nights and didn't do anything outside of the park (other than go to the travel center at the exit), because we really enjoyed the property! We did some swimming and exploring the park, which included a walk through the woods on a Sasquatch scavenger hunt!! It was a hot day, but it was nicely shaded so we all had a great time.
