Introducing Roofie, a.k.a. Roof Goober Ginsberg, the resident squirrel in the big chestnut tree in front of our house. As of the past couple days, the sound of our conversation on the rooftop deck has become associated with the availability of fresh peanuts. These squirrels are very nervy and social little creatures, so we’re counting how many days it will take before we’re hand feeding this one.
