Course 4: Savory mushrooms with caramelized cheese and mushroom soup—earthy mushrooms paired with rich, creamy cheese.
Course 5: Tangy jamun sorbet and a refreshing starfruit drink—a palate-cleansing and vibrant combination.
Course 6: Red mullet with banana and mustard butter—an elegant blend of sweet and savory.
Course 7: Herbed duck with betel leaf and strawberry sauce—tender duck with a unique herb and fruit pairing.
Course 8: Naga sticky rice with pulled pork and tamarind—complex flavors with a satisfying texture.
Course 9: Orange mousse stick with cheese and beetroot—refreshing and visually striking.
