Black truffle or tubermelanosporum is one of the most coveted species for its quality and culinary versatility, and the Teruel town of # Sarrión has become one of the important producers. In 2007 we were able to participate in the collection of this product with Daniel Bertolín and María, who also showed us how to preserve it and some simple #stews with #truffles. #Documentary film
