2 1/2 Lbs Pork Hock (Pata)
3 Pcs. Bay leaf
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
5 Pcs. Minced Garlic
(1/2 for simmering,1/2 for sauté )
1 Pc. Onion Chopped
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Whole Black Peppercorns
1 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
