A belated birthday present from my sister, had me taking to the skies in a K21 Glider at Booker Gliding Club, High Wycombe.
Obviously, a camera has to come with me and as this was an instructional flight, I took my very compact GoPro 4 Silver + mini grip and lanyard. As I would be taking control at some point, dropping a camera would not be a good idea for obvious reasons!

Despite being a cloudy and very windy day, (which mean't turbulence as we gained height) clarity was great at 2000 feet.
Hadn't bargained for loop-the-loops and chandelle's, (nope, never heard of a chandelle either) so when Glenn my pilot suggested it, I said yeah go for it! However, this was after going around and around in tight circles to gain height on the thermals. This was one great window seat! So, just starting to feel a tad queasy as we dived to gain speed and went straight upside down and after a few acrobatic manoeuvres, I was looking forward to terra firma again!
