Sunny, what projects can PermaRoof Commercial support?

Any specification that looks realistically like a larger project. The reason being that there is a lot more complexity compared to the smaller projects, which leads down to DIY, but you can also have smaller projects, which do require some sort of specification work, which may require anything like a decking on top or a green roof on top.

So, it really depends on the type of project as well. Generically, we probably, well most of our work is larger projects, unique projects out there, but we have got involved in smaller projects because of the bespoke design of it, working with architects and specifiers, to make sure that – installed, it is actually going to work with what they have designed.

Again, coming back to - once you’ve become part of what we call our PermaRoof Registered Installer family, and we have a national network of those around the country who have actually trained through our training centre, what they also get is full commercial support. It’s more of a partnership to make sure that no matter what they do from hereon in, now that you’re accredited to install our systems then we will give them full compliance, full specification support. To make sure no matter what the project is, whatever they require, we’re there in partnership to actually help drive their business forward as well as driving our business forward.

So, it could be a range of actually meeting with their clients to understand how the systems go, so we could impart that knowledge to them as well. It could be working with their architects to make sure that the specification that we’re putting together for a particular project stands and it could just be a number of technical aspects as well, where we provide on-site support. So there’s a whole range of things that our clients can benefit from.

The end benefit for our client’s client is the fact that what they’ve got is a roof is again, going to do exactly what we’ve stated its going to. They’ve followed the specification, they’ve followed compliance and building regulations and we’ve got a product that we can be all be proud of – and a project we don’t want to go back to, because it is going to work for the life of that building. So there’s a whole range of aspects of what happens when you become part of that PermaRoof Commercial family.
