INGREDIENTS for white dough: (baking dish 24 cm)
5 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
12 g vanilla sugar or one tbsp vanilla extract
200 g of sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
40 g vegetable oil (odorless)
100 g flour


INGREDIENTS for chocolate dough: (baking dish 24 cm)
5 Egg yolks
2 Eggs (size M)
1 pinch of salt
12 g vanilla sugar or one tbsp vanilla extract
120 grams of sugar

40 g vegetable oil (odorless)
80 ml of milk (room temperature)
100 g of flour
40 g of cocoa
10 g baking powder


I bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius (340°F) on a medium level with convection for about 50 minutes.
150 g apricot jam (without slices)
