نرم افزار اتوکد یکی از مهم ترین و پرکاربردترین نرم افزارهای طراحی دو بعدی و سه بعدی و همچنین نقشه کشی فنی می باشد. در واقع کلمه CAD در نام این نرم افزار مخفف Computer Aided Design است. البته CAD در منابع مختلف دیگر به صورت مخفف Computer Aided Drafting و به معنای ترسیم فنی به کمک نرم افزار معرفی شده است. به بیان ساده، به جای اینکه یک شی را با خط کش یا با دست ترسیم کنید، با اتوکد آن را با دقت و سرعت با کامپیوتر ترسیم می کنید.
در این سری از آموزش ها که این آموزش یازدهمین جلسه آن می باشد، تصمیم گرفتم اتوکد را به صورت پایه برای مبتدیان تهیه و در اختیار عزیزان قرار دهم.
