Last night's Coronation Street saw a television first with the premiere of an advert raising awareness of Motor Neuron Disease. It comes as the soap's Paul Foreman comes to terms with his condition.

We speak to Coronation Street star Daniel Brocklebank, who plays Paul's onscreen husband, Billy about what it's like performing in a storyline that is incredibly close to home.
