In this video you can enjoy the cab ride - train driver's view on Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) between the Austrian capital Vienna (Wien) and Břeclav in Czech Republic on the "Porta Moravica" (Graz - Przemysl) train service along the Northern Railway in 4K/60 frames per second.

The Northern Railway is a double-track, electrified main line in Austria, which leaves Vienna from Vienna Praterstern station in the direction of Moravia (Czech Republic). It was built and operated from the 1830s as the first steam railway in the Austrian Empire by the Kaiser-Ferdinands-Nordbahn (KFNB) joint stock company as part of the Vienna-Krakow connection and was nationalized in 1906. Today, the line is part of Pan-European Transport Corridor IV and TEN Corridor No. 22, which runs from Athens to Nuremberg and Dresden respectively and is used by long-distance trains to Prague, Berlin, and Warsaw.
The ETCS Level 2 train control system has been operated between Vienna Süßenbrunn and Bernhardsthal since October 2014.

This journey was filmed from the EC 106 "Porta Moravica" (Graz - Przemysl) train service with panoramic carriages designed for long-distance intercity services. They are air-conditioned, have 54 seats, and can travel up to 200 km/h. They are manufactured by the Swiss company Schindler Waggon AG. According to the manufacturer, the large arched panoramic windows give passengers up to 90% more visibility than in a conventional car, and the angle from which they can see out is 25% to 40% wider. In addition, the floor in the panoramic car is higher than in a conventional car, so passengers have a slightly better view even when driving around noise barriers.
