Grill Beef marinade: marinaded 1-2 hour, put in the refrigerator

1 lb beef tenderloin add 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper (you can either grind it yourself or use pre-ground black pepper),1 tbsp light soy sauce, grilled and let it rest 10 minutes before sliced.

Ingredients:
1 lb of beef - grilled and sliced
1 tbsp roasted rice powder
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp chili flakes (depending on how spicy you want it)
1 tbsp of chili jam (chili paste with soya bean oil)
1.5 tbsp lime juice
1-2 small shallots - sliced
2 green onion - diced
1 tbsp of lemongrass sliced (white part only)
1-2 kaffir lime leaf
Handful cilantrol to garnish
Handful mint leaves to garnish

Beef Salad Rolls:
Large rice paper
warm water
Steamed sweet rice

Serve with steamed sweet rice 2-3 people.
