The StartUp Pharma China Development Program 2025 is an initiative that seeks to attract graduates with high potential from prestigious domestic and international universities. The goal is to nurture these individuals into future leaders at Roche.

Over the course of the 36-month program, the trainees will engage in four cross-functional rotations, gaining in-depth experience across the core departments of Roche Pharmaceuticals China.
