Expensive garage floor coating - specifically 2 part 100% solids epoxy systems such as the ArmorPoxy ArmorClad system, are the ultimate in high end garage floor protection. They're expensive and can be hard to put down though... are they worth it? Let's take a look.

In September of 2020 I took three days to lay down the entire ArmorPoxy ArmorClad system including 2 part epoxy primer, 2 part epoxy coating in racing blue, and a 2 part 'military grade' topcoat. It went pretty well, but not perfectly. There are quite a few things I would've done differently if I could go back and do it again.

Take a look at some of the preparation work I put in to make sure everything went down ok and actually watch some video of us rolling the primer and epoxy onto the floor and broadcasting the flakes into the floor epoxy.
