This is looking from what they call the 1st level (which in the US would actually be level 2, since we call ground floor 1). I am showing the large Parc du Champs de Mars, which is situated right off the tower (you can view a map of it if you type "Quai Branly, 75007 Paris" into google and click maps) and the old military school at the end of the Park.
