We did a 3 day trek with Morrist Adventures on the 10.6.22

This was physically and mentally tough. However, we are both so glad we did this. You learn so much putting yourself through these kinds of treks.

We could not of done it with Anthon and the crew from Morrist Adventures. Would we do it again, once was enough for us! But so happy we did it! We will share our Panorama walk we did the day before in a video soon, it was epic.

Our suggested packing list
Rain Coat / poncho. Something that will keep you and your bag dry.
Warm Jumper (Get something really warm and compactable)
Warm tights and compression tights to save your knees
3 pairs of socks for trek and an extra pair for bed
Proper shoes (we saw someone wearing converses and they were hating life)
Trekking poles
Carbohydrates. Our porters gave us fruit and yummy chocolate bars, but we craved red frogs/ snakes, so pack some of your favourites. We packed oreas and a cookie which were the best.
Strapping tape. Just incase your knees or ankles ache!
Band-Aids (see ricks sore and black toes lol)
Gloves (PLEASE PACK GLOVES) this was our very painful regret.
Money for the porters
Money for the post toilets (ladies you need it)
Toilet paper
Wet wipes for showering yourself
Head torches (not your phone light, you need your hands)
A hat and sunglasses
Insect repellent

Just remember you carry your own bag. Porters carry food, water, and your bedding arrangements.

Training for Rinjani. As a personal trainer, I highly recommend you get yourself in good shape to enjoy it the most. Things like lower body strength training, spin bike, running and incline training will help.
