Confused on why and how you should meditate?
In this video, I explain the connection of Meditation, Breathing & Relaxation,
I give you your own mantra you can use
And finally, we learn how to implement a practice immediately
Notes:
- Being able to overcome stressful situations where you've lost all your work.
- Meditation involves connecting the action of breathing with relaxation.
- Having a personal Mantra to induce yourself into a meditative trance.
- Engage in meditation by setting an alarm for 20-30 minutes, sitting comfortably, plugging ears with earplugs or headphones, and playing relaxing music.
- To advance in meditation, try holding your breath for five seconds after inhaling and exhaling, and count down from 10 or 15.
