Ingredients For Soft Pretzel:

2/3 cup warm water
1 1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter/ melted
1 2/3 cup flour


For Soaking The Pretzel:

4 tsp baking soda
2 cups boiling water


Cinnamon Sugar For Coating:

1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
