We were presented the opportunity of a free house, though there was a lot of work that needed to be done on it. A woman was losing it to foreclosure, she owed money on it, and the house fell into disrepair, so she just wanted to get rid of it. In the end, we decided that it would be too much work for how much we could sell it for. Deals like this are rare, but they are out there if you look hard enough!
