12 piquillo peppers
300 g of desalted cod
250 ml of milk (1 glass)
50 g of wheat flour (3 tablespoons)
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
½ tsp salt
Ground pepper to taste
Dip:
3 piquillo peppers
6 tablespoons of crushed tomato (90 g)
1 onion
1 clove garlic
200 ml of fish stock or water (4/5 of a glass)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
Salt to taste
a little parsley
