I thought I would document this little series of health updates just in case it helps anyone else also going through perimenopause and potentially Endometriosis. It might be boring but it's all new to me and I have no idea what's going on with my body and what to expect so I figured it might be interesting if you're going through the same thing with your health!

It's also good to look back on as this is the very beginning of perimenopause and it could be just the start of all of these symptoms that when I look back I could have forgotten all about when in the thick of it!

Anyway, I hope it helps if anyone needs to validate their own experience and symptoms, obviously I'm not a doctor, this is just my experience with possible Endometriosis diagnosis (it might not be that at all!) and of course perimenopause.
