I wrote this song in early 2024. I was just getting over Covid. I love to pray and sing in the choir, but I felt that some of my prayers were too much on automatic pilot. The Creed for instance is so well memorized that I often fail to think and say the words with real conviction. Hence, this song is some form of the Creed, but I am speaking directly to God. May it stir your soul.
