In this video, I'm going to show you how I brew coffee with HARIO V60.
I'm not a big fan of lightly roasted coffee.
So, when I'm brewing lightly roasted coffee, I often use HARIO V60 because it can extract coffees quickly.

If it's still not my type of coffee, I adjust it little bit as I go. If it's too light, I grind the beans finer or increase the number of times I pour the water.
(If it's still too light, I add more beans)
If it's heavy, I grind the beans less finer and decrease the number times I pour the water.
(If it's still heavy, I use less beans)
If it's bitter, I make it finer and decrease the temperature of the water.
If it's sour, I make it finer or increase the temperature of the water.

■ How to brew delicious coffee with HARIO V60
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. Warm up the dripper.
2. Put the ground coffee and make the surface even.
3. Add 30ml
4. Pour until it reaches 100ml (70ml of water)
5. Pour until it reaches 200ml (100ml of water)
6. Pour until it reaches 250ml (50ml of water)
To make sure the coffee is well soaked, calculate up to 100ml for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
