We have been back out on the trail with our SCX-6 testing the factory Axial BFG tires. This is all part of a moderate reworking of electronics in our SCX-6 which should improve trail performance. In this video we have the 3Brothers outrunner installed with a Castle Monster Mamba X ESC, running on 6s. Yes, it's sorta noisy, so we edited out the sound.

What we do like with this new layout is the slight improvement in CG and weight distribution of the truck. It's smooth and predictable in these awkward transitions, and the 860 BlackJacket provides plenty of torque and drag brake, all while being 300 grams lighter than the OEM Spektrum motor.
