Dhari Devi Temple is situated on the banks of river Alakhnanda, It is located between Srinagar and Rudraprayagon Badrinath Dham Road. The Deity worshipped is of Maa Dhari Devi (Goddesses Kali).Now Relocated to 20 mtrs high rock to man made structure in 2013. It is the centre of faith for the people of Garhwal (Uttarakhand). Due to the Srinagar Hydel Prokect, Dhari Devi Mandir has to relocate from its original site.Many believers connect 2013 Uttarakhand Floods to the goddesses ire as Dhari Devi is the Guardian of Uttarakhand and protector of Char Dhams. Temple can be visited all round year and especially during Navratras the no. of devotees increases by many folds.
