This is an Instant version of the famous Davanagere Benne Dosa. It takes just 10 mins to make this delicious dosa, which you can't resist.
It has very simple ingredients and is a beginner's friendly recipe.

Ingredients:
1 cup Rice flour
1/4 cup Gram Flour (besan)
1 potato- Raw (medium size)
2-3 garlic cloves (optional)
2 dried Kashmiri red chillies
1/2 cup Curd
Salt to taste
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp Baking soda
Blitz together besan, potato, garlic, red chilies, rice flour, salt, curd & water to a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl & let it rest for 5-15 minutes. Now, add the baking soda and whisk it well.
Heat your dosa tawa, sprinkle some water on it & wipe it off. Spread your dosa batter, the dosa should be a little thick and small in size.
Apply butter or ghee when small bubbles appear.
Roast till it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney and aloo masala.
