Welcome to another episode of EDH Hidden Gems and yup, it's more Doctor Who! However, this is a special card for me that helps pilot one of my favourite paper decks IRL. Barbara is absurdly powerful and yet only has ~150 decks to her name. What gives? Well, I'm going to try and change that. She's one of the best Saga commanders out there and yet sees virtually no play so why don't you pop her at the head of a deck and try her out?
