Yes, it's the 3rd time I've made this extremely handy little gadget, and the 2nd time for a viewer. It's a short video by my standards. I made it just to see if I've improved my processes. It's also a great beginners project.

Both screws are M8 socket head. The long one has a 35mm thread, the short one is 25mm and this has the heat shrink ‘bushing’ on it. There are steel and nylon washers on each.
