The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) announced yesterday that the fingerprints of suspended Mayor Alice Guo of Bamban, Tarlac, and Chinese national Guo Hua Ping are identical, confirming them to be the same individual, according to their dactyloscopy report. The NBI Organized and Transnational Crime Division conducted a comparative examination and analysis from June 25 to 27 at their Dactyloscopy Division in Quezon City. The examination utilized specimens including Guo Hua Ping's fingerprints on the Alien Fingerprint Card from NBI master files dated March 28, 2006, and Mayor Guo's fingerprints on a biometric printout from the NBI Information and Communication Technology Division with a transaction date of March 10, 2021.
