But stories can lie. And things are not always as they seem. Especially on Earthbread, a place of secrets and broken civilizations. When Gingerbrave and his friends go on their quest to stop Dark Enchantress cookie, they continue to find that everything they knew about those legends wasn’t true. The peaceful healer finds joy in fighting, the resolute warrior values harmony. The protector is unwillingly protected and the greedy queen… well, she’s not all that different. But that’s not the only thing the legends got wrong. And it has followed these ancient heroes their whole lives, struggling with the pressures of being unable to live up to the expectations of their status. Maturity isn’t something they can do, and it haunts them… their power is a curse, and they gave up everything for it.
